Joule Safety Solutions exists to close the gap between confidence and clarity. In safety systems, that means verifying that workers have actually processed the task before exposure to risk. Joule is a full-service HSE partner for high-risk operations, powered by the Sherpa Cognitive Verification Method, a methodology developed by Roy Farmer over 40+ years of field work across 18 countries. The method addresses a specific problem: organizations verify that paperwork is complete but rarely verify that the worker has cognitively engaged with the task before walking into the hazard zone.
